Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to twenty-four months so that we can reference earlier correspondence, after which they are deleted. Records relating to an active or completed engagement are retained for as long as required by our contractual, legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access control on a least-privilege basis, and monitoring of the systems we operate.
